This exterior paint project was done in the Greenlake area. Before we started, we had to deal with a lot of flaking paint. As a result, a couple of weeks were invested in preparation before we could touch a brush. There was a lot of scraping, sanding, priming and caulking to get it in optimal shape before painting began. Finally two coats of high quality exterior paint were applied to all surfaces.
